Caring for your seedlings : Seedling must be kept out of direct sunlight.

Delivery address: If you wish to use a delivery address other than yours, please provide the details in the 'note to seller' box in the paypal invoice before you finalise the payment.

Delivery details: We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. All orders are sent via first class Royal Mail and subject to their terms and conditions. We currently only deliver in the UK.

Customer service/ terms and conditions:

We hope that you will be happy with your seedlings. 

Items that are damaged, faulty or not as described should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a refund or replacement in these cases on receipt of the returned item.

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of electronic confirmation of your order. We ask you to return the item to us, carefully packaged and in its original condition. On receipt of items in their original condition we will refund purchase costs, (initial and return postage costs are not refundable for changes of mind). 

NB- personalised items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
